BELLEVUE HILL HOUSE RENOVATION #2
MBA MERIT AWARD WINNER 2018

This award-winning project encompassed a complete renovation of a three-bedroom 1950s dwelling, one with enviable views of Sydney Harbour. Given the property’s prime location, our task was to give the structure some much-needed love while capitalising on stunning views. • Removal of internal structural walls and enlarging external openings
  • Complete scaffold over three stories around entire dwelling
  • Stripping out entire existing kitchen and bathrooms
  • New internal brick walls with render finish
  • Complete rewire and new plumbing
  • New double-glazed external windows and doors
  • New custom bespoke joinery
  • Laser cut custom powder coat awning
  • New tiling to external balconies and pool area
  • New Velux skylight with custom light defuses
  • Custom steel internal windows and doors
  • Reframing and cladding timber section of building envelope due to water damage
  • New custom steel balustrade on existing balconies
